This license terminates upon completion of your project and deletion of your content from our systems.

Our Services

The specific deliverables, timeline, and pricing for each project will be communicated to you before work begins and must be agreed upon by both parties. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Payment Terms

Payment for our services is required according to the payment schedule communicated to you at the time of order. Unless otherwise specified:

• A deposit may be required before work begins on your project.
• Full payment is due before final delivery of your completed project.
• Prices are quoted in US Dollars unless otherwise specified.
• Payment can be made through accepted payment methods as indicated on our website or in your invoice.
• All sales are final, subject to our Return Policy.

We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed and paid for.

Project Timeline and Delivery

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from or relating to the subject matter of these Terms shall be finally settled by arbitration in Marion, Indiana, using the English language in accordance with the Arbitration Rules and Procedures of the Judicial Arbitration and Mediation Services, by one commercial arbitrator with substantial experience in resolving intellectual property and commercial contract disputes.

If any provision of these Terms of Use is held to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms of Use and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
