Revision Policy
Each of our service packages includes a specific number of revision rounds. Revisions allow you to request changes to your project before final delivery. Our revision policy works as follows:
- Silver Anniversary Package: Includes up to 2 rounds of revisions.
- Golden Anniversary Package: Includes up to 3 rounds of revisions.
- Diamond Anniversary Package: Includes unlimited revisions within the original project scope.
- Digital Photo Album Services: Include 2-3 revision rounds depending on the package selected.
A revision round consists of all changes requested within a single feedback session. To make the most of your revision rounds, we recommend compiling all your feedback before submitting it. Changes that fall outside the original project scope, such as adding significant new content or completely changing the theme, may require additional fees or a new project quote.
What Qualifies for a Revision
Revisions are intended to refine your project within its original scope. Qualifying revisions include:
- Adjustments to the timing of transitions between photos or video clips.
- Changes to the order or arrangement of photos within the project.
- Modifications to text, captions, or titles within the project.
- Adjustments to music timing, volume levels, or fade effects.
- Color correction or filter adjustments to photos.
- Changes to transition effects or animation styles.
- Minor additions or removals of photos within the original count limit.
What Does Not Qualify for a Revision
Certain requests fall outside the scope of included revisions and may require additional fees:
- Complete redesign of the project with a different theme or style after approval of initial concept.
- Addition of photos or content that exceeds your package's limits.
- Requests for professional photo restoration or significant image editing not included in your package.
- Changes requested after final delivery and project closure.
- Integration of additional video footage not originally included in the project scope.
- Special effects or features not included in your selected package.
If you need services that fall outside your package scope, we will provide a quote for the additional work before proceeding.
Refund Eligibility
Due to the custom, personalized nature of our services, our refund policy is structured as follows:
- Full Refund: Available if you cancel your order before any work has begun on your project. This typically means cancellation within 24 hours of order placement, before your materials have been reviewed.
- Partial Refund: May be available if you cancel after work has begun but before the first preview is delivered. The refund amount will be calculated based on the work already completed.
- No Refund After Preview Delivery: Once a preview version of your project has been delivered for your review, we are committed to working with you through the revision process to achieve your satisfaction. Refunds are not available after preview delivery.
- No Refund After Final Delivery: Completed and delivered projects are not eligible for refunds, as you have received the full benefit of our services.
Circumstances for Full Refund
We will provide a full refund in the following circumstances:
- Order cancellation before project work has commenced.
- Our inability to complete your project due to technical limitations on our end.
- Significant delays caused by us that make the project no longer relevant, such as missing a specific event date due to our error.
- Material misrepresentation of our services that affected your purchasing decision.
Circumstances for Partial Refund
Partial refunds may be considered in these situations:
- Cancellation after work has begun but before first preview delivery, with refund amount based on work completed.
- Significant scope reduction at your request after project initiation.
- Mutual agreement to discontinue a project due to unforeseen circumstances.
- Project downgrade to a lower-tier package before significant work has been completed.
Partial refund amounts will be determined on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the work completed, materials used, and time invested in your project.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are not available in the following situations:
- Change of mind after project completion or preview delivery.
- Failure to provide required materials within the agreed timeframe.
- Dissatisfaction after refusing to participate in the revision process.
- Issues arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided by you.
- Delays caused by your late responses or material submissions.
- Technical issues on your end preventing you from viewing or using the delivered files.
- Third-party services or products purchased through our recommendations.
